Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 cup walnuts
  • 4 strawberries (chopped)
  • 7 blackberries
  • 5 dried apricots

Instructions

  1. Pour almond milk over oats till covered.
  2. Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes or until oats have absorbed all the liquid
  3. Stir in cinnamon, chia seeds, and vanilla
  4. Top with remaining ingredients and enjoy!
