Fall Beauty Essentials

6 Fall Essentials

Fall is one of my favourite times of the year for beauty products! Here are my top fall essentials:

Saje Product Review

Sage Echinacea Throat Spray

This was a lifesaver when I caught the inevitably dreaded annual fall cold! I’d just toss this 30ml spray bottle in my purse and spray the back of my throat throughout the day to sooth my sore throat and fight the infection. Echinacea has been proven to help reduce the length of a cold as well as boost one’s immune system. P.S. my cold only lasted 3 days, holla!

Sage Immune Germ & Virus Fighting Remedy (Roller Ball)

I also carried this tiny roller ball around with me everywhere I went when I was sick. This little guy’s got therapeutic essential oils like Eucalyptus, peppermint and camphor, which helped to relieve my stuffed up nose, sore throat and headache. Just roll on a few drops around your neck, throat and chest area for instant relief.

Lucia Soap

Lucia No. 7 in Sea Watercress & Chai Tea Soap Bar

In the fall time I like to use creamier based soaps rather than the fruity light soap bars I use in the summer. This bar contains organic shea butter and plant based essential oils (not mineral or petroleum). I picked this one up at Indigo and it smells like a dream!

Illume Luxury Soy Candle in Tonka Noir

Cozying up with a good book, fuzzy blanket, and a fall candle is one of my favorite fall past times. I also picked up this candle from Indigo, the perfect scent for a chilly night in. It’s got notes of jeweled mandarin, Madagascar vanilla, black plum, sandalwood and tonka bean. Definitely a fall fave!

L'OCCITANE lip blam

L’Occitane Verveine Icy Lip Balm

As brisk autumn air sweeps in, so do the chapped and dry lips. This squeeze-tube lip balm leaves my lips feeling icy and hydrated so I always carry it around when I need a lip moisture pick-me-up!

The Body Shop Color Crush Lipstick in Shade 335 Hot Date (Matte)

I LOVE fall lip colors and this one is no exception. This lipstick is currently my go-to as it’s insanely moisturizing but still applies matte. Not only do I love the fall cranberry color, but I like how subtle and gentle it is. Sometimes you want a nice pop of color, but this one’s a little less in your face.
